At Monarchs Inner City Youth Sports, our coaches are more than instructors — they are mentors, leaders, and positive influences who shape the next generation of athletes. Whether it’s baseball, volleyball, or cheerleading, every coach plays a vital role in developing confidence, discipline, and teamwork in our youth.

Our Coaching Process
Step 1: Apply
Complete the application form below with honest, detailed information about your background and experience.
Step 2: Interview
Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview to discuss leadership philosophy, communication style, and availability.
Step 3: Background Check
Every coach must complete and pass a Level 2 Background Check to ensure the safety of our players and families.
Step 4: Training
All approved coaches participate in Monarchs’ training and orientation programs covering youth development, safety, and coaching ethics.
Step 5: Start Coaching
Once cleared, you’ll receive your team assignment, schedule, and materials — officially joining a network of mentors dedicated to empowering youth across Central Florida.
